It’s called Eternal Sonata for the Xbox 360 by Namco/Bandai, known as Trusty Bell in Japanese. Looks quite interesting.

An excerpt from Wikipedia about it is: The story takes place in a dream world which centers around famed piano composer Frédéric Chopin, who died at the age of 39 due to tuberculosis. The plot centers around the concept that three hours prior to his death, Chopin dreamed of a fairy-tale land, in which people with incurable diseases have great magical powers.

There’s a community for the fans where you can earn prizes and stuff if you want to check it out in the banner below.

Just killing time until next season starts! I can’t wait for Gundam 00 and Clannad at least, I’m not sure what else is coming so we’ll see…

It should be out here in Canada tomorrow or Wednesday probably, I’m too lazy to call EB to check though. Can’t wait to pick it up to complete the trilogy.

Yay, my copy finally came. Here’s some pictures.

First are several shots of the box since the whole box is basically just various pictures next to my Infinite Justice model (Gundam SEED Destiny). I think the box looks really nice. The side with the label is probably the bottom, the label actually came off after I took the pictures, but I won’t bother taking another picture of it for now.

Here is the box opened up, I’m not sure if my box was just unlucky or something, but the flap on the right doesn’t stay open so I had to use a water bottle to keep it open.

Here are the ‘extras’, a pencil board, a Haruhism iron-on, and a Haruhi cosplay ribbon. Since I’m a guy, I guess I don’t really have a use for the ribbon. The second picture is the other side of the pencil board.

The DVD itself, it has a really nice front cover illustration by Noizi Ito, she draws stuff really nice. The back is decent, I don’t like it as much as the front cover.

The ending theme CD for the show that I’ve already heard many times, Hare Hare Yukai.

Last picture is a picture of the box opened up, I think it’s neat how they have the strip to help you get things out of it easier. I don’t know if other boxes had these, since this is only my second DVD box thing. My first one was Someday’s Dreamers.

I rarely buy anime DVDs, but I decided to pick this up since they have a ton of extras and a neat box that comes with it. Overall I’m pretty satisfied with my purchase, even though I haven’t even watched the DVD itself yet. :p Missing is a picture of the back of the CD case.

This .hack//G.U. community is pretty fun if you’re interested in the series. It is mostly about .hack//Roots and the .hack//G.U. PS2 games but there is still some discussion about the older ones. There are even prizes to be earned for particpating!

First post, first Gundam model (in a while)

This would be my first post for this blog, I couldn’t really decide how I wanted to do this (and still don’t), but I bought a 1/100 Infinite Justice model and just felt like posting (finally). This is the first time I actually did the lines…not very good, I also suck at taking out the pieces.

The camera isn’t that good. That’s it for now until I think of something else to write about. :p

I bought a stand for this thing.

It looks a lot better now, and I can make the jet pack look nicer. The stand was only about $8 at some store I found at the mall.
